Contact Us
Effective date: August 7, 2026
The fastest way to reach us is email. We read everything and reply to legitimate inquiries, usually within one to two business days.
Helpful for: questions about the guide or toolkit, corrections or errors you have spotted, media inquiries, permission requests to reproduce content, and agents interested in the specialist directory when applications open.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot give legal, tax, or financial advice, and we cannot advise on your specific transaction. If you are facing foreclosure, act quickly: contact your mortgage servicer, a HUD-approved housing counselor (1-800-569-4287, free), or a licensed attorney in your state.
